2.1 Essential Question:
Put in writing the question that
will engage the students
How important are forest to us?

2.2 Grouping Strategy:
Describe the criteria that will
be used to form students’ team and how this maps to the goals of the project.
Team will comprise groups of students
of mixed gender, and mixed ability and skills.
One of the goals is to promote
teamwork in mixed ability groups so that higher ability students get
opportunities for peer instruction, and lower ability students benefit from
the more advanced collaboration that will arise from this.

2.3 Learning Environment:
Describe the learning environment
for the project including any classroom adaptation that will be required.
A group work in the classroom
will be carried out to allow more effective interaction among team members.
Computer labs will be used for the majority
of the online work.
Library will be used for collecting the
information about the various forests of Kerala.
Some collaboration between
students will take place through email/blog/whats’ App.

combination of scores from assessments made during the project. A rubric will
be used to compile grades.
